Morgan Heritage Reggae concert dazzles Ugandans

 The Grammy-award winning music group Morgan Heritage rocked Uganda in April 2017 with their popular reggae music.

The multi-award winning group set the excited crowd on fire with their popular songs like “Tell Me How Come”, “Don’t Haffi Dread” and “I’ll Be Down By The River”, the roots reggae band recently finalized their new album titled “Avrakedabra”.

Ugandan local musicians such as Juliana, Vampino and Jose Chameleone curtain shared the stage with the Jamaican band.

It feels good to be in Uganda, it is home. We will all enjoy,” said Peter “Peetah” Morgan one of the three lead singers of the group which is also nicknamed Royal Family of Reggae.

Morgan Heritage was formed in 1994 by five children of reggae artist Denroy Morgan, namely Peter “Peetah” Morgan, Una Morgan, Roy “Gramps” Morgan, Nakhamyah “Lukes” Morgan, and Memmalatel “Mr. Mojo” Morgan.
