Ghanaian Veteran, Joseph Hammond Launches New Foundation in Style

Joseph Ashitey Hammond (Ex-WO1) displayed immense happiness at the lauch of his foundation on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 in Accra, Ghana. The 95 years old war veteran after witnessing the world war would yearn for world peace and seek to foster it through his eponymous nonprofit.

“the globe to keep remembering our sacrifice and to respect the peace that we have secured for the world, this must be jealously guarded, (he also went on to ask Ghanaians to) inculcate love and patriotism for the country and into the youths for peaceful coexistence and growth to be realized in Ghana and across Africa”

The official launch of ‘The Hammond Foundation’ was held at Movenpick Ambassador Hotel Accra, Ghana, and was strictly by invitation. Dignitaries and royalties were present at the event to grace the beginning of an accomplished legacy and service to humanity.
