This December KUUMBA Media and 57 Open Air Cinema is excited to announce our partnership along with The Page Center to curate the biggest outdoor movie screening experience in Accra, Ghana. On 20th December 2019, KUUMBA Media and 57 Open Air Cinema, along with The Page Center, will kick off ‘Accra Movie in the Park’, a celebration of Ghanaian film and culture.
In commemoration of Year of Return, we are celebrating Ghanaian cinema in a big way. Accra Movie in the Park will feature the biggest outdoor cinema screen in Ghana and one of the biggest Ghanaian movies of 2019, ‘Bad Luck Joe’ by Ramesh Jai.
The event will be held at The Page Center, located at Dr. Busia Hwy in Sakaman, Accra, Ghana. We are expecting over 2,000 attendees for the biggest Year of Return movie event. This celebration will also include live music performances and appearances from top producers and actors in the Ghana Film Industry and many other surprises.

Each ticket includes free popcorn and access to the night’s activities, including shopping with vendors on-site, photo booth and the feature film screening.
