State of the African Diaspora outdoors Ambassador-at-Large members

The Foreign Ministry is pleased to announce that as part of its “Ambassador at Large” program it wishes to inform the global family of its latest appointees to this most integral program of the State of the African Diaspora (SOAD).

These appointees follow on the heels of the program’s first appointee out of South Africa the “Prophet Don Dada. Our recent appointees have indicated their willingness to act as Global Ambassadors in keeping with the terms and conditions of the “Ambassador-at-large” program. They have agreed to represent the SOAD and the Economic Community of the Sixth Region (ECO-6).

State of the African Diaspora

Below is an outline for the upcoming program for respective distinguished appointees:

GLOBAL MUSICAL FRATERNITY

  • Mr. Denroy Morgan – Accomplished artiste, Musician, and Patriarch of the world-renown Morgan Family.
  • Mr. Laza Morgan – Artiste, Musician, and the younger sibling of the Morgan Family. He is known for his recent Global Reggae hit from his collaboration with Reggae Dancehall star Mavado.
  • Morgan Heritage – a world-renowned Reggae group known globally for countless hits and household names on Continental Africa and the Diaspora.

MEDICAL AND SOCIAL ADVOCACY 

  • Dr. Julius Garvey – Accomplished Medical Doctor, Pan-Africanist and son of the late great Philosopher, Pioneer and Global Giant, the Rt. Excellent Marcus Mosiah Garvey.

An Official Launch and a full program of activities will be provided in subsequent media releases. The Foreign Ministry wishes to thank everyone who was instrumental our achieving this monumental and most important milestone.
