The Zambia Tourism Agency is advising all foreign travellers that are visiting Zambia that Kavango Zambezi Trans- Frontier Conservation Area (KAZA) visa is now available.

The visa, which follows the same terms and conditions governing the KAZA visa, is already being issued at four Zambian borders (Kenneth Kaunda International, Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula International Airports, Kazungula and Victoria Falls Borders).

The visa is applicable to nationals for 65 countries in the Category B list on the visa regimes of Zambia and Zimbabwe. The KAZA visa fee is US$50 and it is issued on arrival only at the four ports of entry mentioned above. It is valid for 30 days and is issued on a multiple entry basis between the two countries.

KAZA visa launched as a unified pilot visa project in 2014, between Zambia and Zimbabwe to enable tourists to visit the two countries using only one visa.

Eligible visitors under the initiative will only be issued one Visa, stocked by both Zambia and Zimbabwe, to enable them enter both countries. As at early December 2017, 50,000 KAZA visas were printed.
