Cry, The Beloved Country As Ghana Shrinks Into Accra

Why am I crying for the beloved country?  Four weeks ago, my sister Audrey sent me data on domestic revenue collection in Ghana. My worst fears were confirmed – Ghana has completely shrunken into Accra.
